How you'll call and text: pick one or use both

A Hi5 Connect business number. Get a new local number or port in the one you have (porting usually takes 3 to 5 business days). Call and text from the Hi5 Connect app on your phone or computer. Carriers require business texting registration for these numbers, so you'll need a valid EIN (or Canadian Business Number). We handle the paperwork, and most approvals take 3 to 5 business days, sometimes up to 10.

Your own cell phone ($25/mo per line, iPhone or Android). Texts sync both ways: send from Hi5 Connect and it goes out from your cell, reply from your phone and it's saved to the contact. No texting registration needed.

Questions before you buy

Is there a contract?

No long-term contract on monthly plans. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime in your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. You keep access until the end of your billing period. Annual plans are prepaid for the year and don't renew once cancelled.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account. You can also switch plans at the top of this page before you check out.

What does the setup fee cover?

The $297 one-time setup covers your onboarding call, your account set up for your industry, and your business texting registration. It's waived on annual plans and isn't refundable once work begins.

What if texting approval takes a while?

Calls, email, reviews and your inbox work right away. Most approvals take 3 to 5 business days. If you add your own cell, you can text from it with no registration needed.

Do you offer refunds?

Plan and setup fees aren't refundable, but you can cancel anytime. Unused wallet funds are refunded if you ask within 30 days of cancelling. See our Terms of Service.
